UPHOLSTERY:

Material & Workmanship: EQ3 seating products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years.

Cover: EQ3 fabric products are warranted against wear under normal care and conditions for a period of one (1) year.

Cushions: EQ3 cushions are warranted for a period of two (2) years against collapsing. Foam softening is normal and not covered under the warranty.

D3Home.com offers 10% shipping on orders of $1500+ within the contiguous 48 states. 10% rate valid for a 50-mile radius of any major U.S city. Shipments outside this radius may incur additional charges. Shipping outside this radius may incur additional charges. Th 10% ONLY applies to items shipped Ground via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Curbside Delivery for large items such as sofas, beds, cabinetry, or chandeliers.

D3Home.com charges 20% for Ground Shipping on all orders below $1500.

D3 Home Modern Furniture offers White Glove Delivery for an additional charge of $250 plus the 10% shipping charge.

Free Shipping equals Curbside Delivery. Curbside Delivery is delivered to your address and dropped off outside. Customer is responsible for unpacking and bringing items inside.

In-Store orders are shipped to our local warehouse. Orders are processed within 72 hours of placement.

We needed a cocktail table and counter stools for our condo and were searching for something out of the ordinary. So happy we found D3. We chose 3 Hecks Ottomans in place of a cocktail table. They add color and a modern look to our living room. Next were the stools. These Mackenzie stools were on the floor so we could sit in them ( very important for us). We chose colors for both the ottomans and stools that were not in stock and had to be ordered. They both came in perfect and when promised. The staff is knowledgeable, creative and, most important, really nice to work with. We will definitely shop there again!
