Our goal is to bring good design at an affordable price to as many people as possible. We work with all our manufacturers to provide you the best price possible without comprising quality. SHIPPING:

D3Home.com currently offers 5% of your total for orders over $200 within the contiguous 48 states.  5% rate is valid for a 50 mile radius of any major city, if outside this radius there may be an additional charge.

5% is only for Ground via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Curbside Delivery for large items such as sofas, beds, cabinetry, or chandeliers.

We charge 15% for Ground Shipping on all orders below $200

White glove delivery is available for a flat fee of $199 in addition to the 5% of the entire purchase total.

 

All orders processed within 72 hours.

We work with the Trade Industry and offer a Trade Discount.

It is the customer responsibility to measure all doorways ways and spaces to make sure furniture will fit.

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with all your purchases at D3Home.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please contact us immediately so that we will try to resolve any issue.

All Furniture orders are final sales as they are specially made for you with you custom fabric or finish choice.  Most of our furniture is quick ship and can be delivered in about 4 weeks.

  • Attachment with photos showing damaged items and packaging or box

Once we receive your email, you will be provided with instructions on what to do with the items. Please do not throw any boxes or packaging materials the items came with.

Please inspect the delivered items once you have received them. We allow a 48 hour grace period from delivery to contact us to return damaged or incorrect items shipped to you.
Refunds or Store Credits will be processed after the damaged or incorrect items have been received by the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
Customer is responsible for shipping if an item is returned.
