PRICE MATCHING:
D3 Home Modern Furniture in San Diego offers the best prices possible on contemporary furnishings and decor. If you find a better price, just show us the advertisement and, upon approval, we will price match it within 7 days of purchase.
The Price Guarantee applies to all qualified purchases:
- The product must be identical (size, quantity, brand, color, etc.).
- The product is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- The product is not a close-out, discontinued, or clearance item.
- The price is from an authorized U.S. retailer.
- The price is currently published or you have a written valid quote. Copies, handwritten, and verbal price quotes will not be accepted.
- The price must be in accordance with applicable Minimum Allowable Price (MAP) policies and contractual obligations as defined by the manufacturer.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
At D3 Home Modern Furniture, we strive for your satisfaction with purchases made online and in store with D3Home.com. Email us at d3home@d3home.com within 48 hrs if you want to return the item. In all cases, you pay the return shipping costs. Items returned need to be in perfect condition and in original packaging to receive a refund. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returned and canceled items. If you were charged and you paid for shipping on your order, you are responsible for Actual Shipping Cost, not what you were charged. If you received free shipping on the order, then the actual cost of the shipping to you (the cost for us to ship your order) will be deducted from the refund and we can notify you of that amount before you decide to return the item.
Special order items are non-returnable and are considered final sale.
Special order items are items that are not in stock and have to be ordered according to your specifications.
To initiate a return, contact D3 Home Modern Furniture at D3Home@D3Home.com with the following information:
- Full Name of Recipient
- Date of Order
- Order Number
- Attachment with photos showing damaged items and packaging or box
Once we receive your email, we will respond with instructions on how to move forward with your return.
- Do not throw away any boxes or packaging materials the items came with.
Inspect the delivered items as soon as they are received. We allow a 24-hour period from delivery to contact us to return damaged or incorrect items shipped to you.
Refunds and Store Credits will be processed after the items have been received by the manufacturer. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
