PRICE MATCH:
We try our hardest to offer the best price possible but if you find a better price, just show us the printed advertisement and we will price match it. We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience online and in store.

SHIPPING:

D3Home.com offers 7% shipping on orders $500+ within the contiguous 48 states. 7% rate valid for a 50-mile radius of any major U.S city, Shipments outside this radius there may incur additional charges.

7% ONLY applies for items shipped Ground via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Curbside Delivery for large items such as sofas, beds, cabinetry, or chandeliers.

We charge 20% for Ground Shipping on all orders below $500.

White glove delivery is available for a flat fee of $199 in addition to the 7% of the entire purchase total.

In-Store orders are shipped to our local warehouse. White Glove delivery is available starting at $125. Store will give price for actual price of delivery for your purchase before finalizing your purchase.

All orders will be processed within 72 hours.

We work with the Trade Industry and offer a Trade Discount. Click link at bottom to register.

We know that each space is unique, so please confirm sufficient access to your space before ordering any item.

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with all your purchases made on D3Home.com. Please email us at d3home@d3home.com within 48 hrs if you want to return the item. In all cases, you pay the return shipping costs, and the items returned need to be in perfect condition. If you were charged a shipping amount on the order then you are responsible for that amount (what you were charged). If there was free shipping on the order, the actual cost of the shipping to you (the cost for us to ship it) will be deducted from the refund and we can notify you what that amount was before you decide to return the item.

In-stock Quick Ship items and can be delivered in about 4 weeks.

  • Attachment with photos showing damaged items and packaging or box

Once we receive your email, you will be provided with instructions on what to do with the items.

  • Do not throw away any boxes or packaging materials the items came with.

Please inspect the delivered items once you have received them. We allow a 48-hour grace period from delivery to contact us to return damaged or incorrect items shipped to you.

Refunds and/or Store Credits will be processed after the items have been received by the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.

We want to give you flexibility with how you purchase your furniture, and Affirm is a great tool to take advantage of. Just select Affirm during checkout and you’ll be presented with the financing options. They only require you answer a few short questions for credit approval. You’ll know right away if you’re approved, and then you’re good to go with the purchase of our high-quality furnishings.

Material & Workmanship: EQ3 seating products are warranted against defects in materialand workmanship for two (2) years.

Cover: EQ3 fabric products are warranted against wear under normal care and conditions for a period of one (1) year.

Cushions: EQ3 cushions are warranted for a period of two (2) years against collapsing. Foam softening is normal and not covered under the warranty.
